Ne serait pas praticable avec une difficulté physique en raison de l’escalier en colimaçon étroit et de la chambre en mezzanine. Déco soignée. Très propre. Propriétaire très réactif et courtois. Épices, sucre, thé café, huile, vinaigre…le tout de très bonne qualité. Literie confortable."

"We were a group of 6 friends staying here for 4 nights, and we're really satisfied with our experience. This apartment made our visit to Paris all the more charming. Considering what you can get in the city for the same price, this is a gem! A great location as well, it's a beautiful neighbourgood. And the apartment is wonderfully designed, we wanted to take pictures of every wall and corner in it. We also enjoyed the free Netflix on the basement floor TV and free coffee capsules that were left for us (saved our mornings). The host was helpful and quickly responded to our questions and solved the problems we had. Thank you, Alexandre!"

"The upstairs bedroom doesn't have the best air circulation - there's an air ventilator right above the bed that needs to be turned on during the night, otherwise it gets quite hot and harder to breathe. And it makes some noise. From the second night I got used to it tho. In the kitchen - the cutting knives could be sharper, we had a bit of a challenge using them. And there could be a few more hangers at the entrance for outside jackets/coats."

"The wonderful location, within a radius of 200 m you have the Metro, Bus, butcher, small and big supermarkets, bistrots, cafes, good bread, good cheese, restaurants, laundry, big avenues, small streets, lots of city life from morning to late hours. And away from the artificiality of the areas around the Sacre Coeur, devoted only to tourists: local people live here. This being said, this very original apartment, full of incredible details, stories and decoration is not "easy". There are narrow stairs and basement rooms without windows (but with plenty of air purifiers and dehumidifiers), a small kitchen and a low ceiling mezzanine which serves as the second bedroom... BUT everything is perfectly fine and functional and enough. And Alexandre, the Host, is very helpful, always ready with a quick answer to any doubt. I highly recommend this Fantastic place, you won't be sorry to choose it. We loved it and will return for sure."

"Only because we were 6 people, two of them children, the fact that there's only one toilet (there are two bathrooms, one with only a shower and lavatory, the other with toilet, shower and lavatory) which I can understand. Obviously due to the age and peculiarities of the apartment a choice must have been made: two toilets or two showers? Probably the owner chose, logically in my opinion, two showers."
